Key Responsibilities:
- Familiar with AUTOCAD, EPLAN etc. to prepare Electrical MCC, PCC, VFD Panel drgs, SLD / Instrument Control panel GA drawings, wiring drawings, P&I diagram, Installation drawing etc.
- Preparation of Bill of Materials for Electrical systems/ Instrumentation for the process plants.
- Design Selection of Electrical/ Instrumentation system for Sugar, power, Process plants
- Installation and Commissioning of Electrical / Instrumentation systems
- Supervision of Control panels Installation, Instruments Installation, Cable laying testing, Calibration and commissioning
- Design Selection of Electrical/ Instrumentation system for Sugar, power, Process plants
- Maintain and troubleshoot instruments like sensors, transmitters, control valves, and gauges
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of Electrical and control systems
- Read and interpret P&ID diagrams, Rection drawings, Control loop diagrams, and Electrical schematics
- Monitor and maintain PLC, SCADA, and automation systems
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
- Assist in commissioning and testing of equipment
- Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma / B.E. in Electrical, Instrumentation, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in Electrical / Instrumentation roles
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, E plan etc.
- Familiarity with PLC, SCADA, VFD and Control systems
- Ability to read technical drawings and diagrams
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Process industries like Sugar, Power, distillery, chemical, Paper plants etc
- AutoCAD or other tools for preparation of Control panel drgs, SLD, Instrumentation Drawings etc.
- Knowledge of calibration techniques and tools
- Basic understanding of automation and process control
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Working Conditions:
- Industrial/workshop environment
- May involve shift duties and on-call maintenance
- Exposure to plant conditions (heat, noise, machinery)
